The city of Poitiers is only a thirty minute drive from the golf resort. The beaches of La Rochelle and Île de Ré are approximately a one hour drive away.

The surroundings - in the midst of tourist places Bretagne, the Dordogne and the Val de Loire - are famed for their microclimate, guaranteeing a mild climate with many hours of sunshine.

Accommodation at Domaine des Forges offers something for everyone: enjoy the sun, lounging on one of the sunbeds around the heated swimming pool, the tennis court, the driving range and the other extensive facilities for practising, in addition to the luxury villas (with or without private swimming pool) and the challenging 27-hole golf course.
